Tell me, what age would you be if you did not know your age?

In so many ways, I feel as if I’m getting a second chance to relive my young adulthood. Except this time, I have my experience, wisdom, and financial stability.

Daily, I am humbled and grateful for the life I have created. The keys to my success were acceptance, enlisting the help of healthy people, and a strong desire to live a life filled with many blessings. I began to ask myself, “if I had no money, what would I need to live a rich life?” First, I compiled a list of people and things that I could not live without. Then, I hired a life coach to teach me how to get there. My biggest lesson learned, I stopped chasing things I thought I wanted and put more positive energy into things that nourished my spirit. For me, the little things have given me the biggest blessings.

Today I want to share with you my annual State of the Heart Address.

Last year, I made a vow to myself that no matter what happened, I would make a choice to wrap myself up in a Love Bubble. My Love Bubble has been a tremendous eye opener. It has opened my eyes to blessings that I wasn’t able to see before. My Love Bubble has literally changed my life, world, and spirit.

So this Valentine’s Day is unlike any other. I have a greater appreciation for myself and everything in my life. During the darker moments of my life last year, the only thing that changed was my thinking. Through my thoughts, I thought myself a beautiful existence. Through my thoughts, I thought myself bigger than any circumstance. Through my thoughts, I thought myself as love and the desire to be a blessing to others. Lastly, through my thoughts, I thought myself blessed beyond measure! And today, I am all of these things, through my thoughts!

Ladies, my wish today is to coach you on how and when to ask for help. It breaks my heart to see and hear of women suffering in silence.
