Some mornings it takes every ounce of energy and strength just to get out of bed. So many things demanding our attention that at times it can feel overwhelming. So what’s a person to do?
When life gets crazy, it is very important to find one activity that you enjoy and do it. Many of my clients believe that they don’t have the time for fun activities. My response is, “You can’t afford not to make time for activities.”
Stress is a permenant part of life. Making time to have fun and lowering stress levels helps us to achieve the appropriate balance we need for a healthy and happy life.
