Happy December everyone! It’s the final month of 2014. Can you believe it? It feels as if this year flew by quickly. Each December, I take time to reflect on the year and what I would like to happen during the next year. I ask myself four important questions. First, “What are some things that worked well for me this year? Second, What are my intentions for the coming year?” Third, “What am I willing to do differently to bring those intentions to fruition?” Fourth, “Are my intentions in alignment with my overall vision for my life? I learned a long time ago that resolutions do not work. This plan has helped me to accomplish many goals and build my confidence. Take time this week to look over the past 11 months. Look for people or things that were a positive influence in your life. Recognize how and why each were important. Then, give thanks and gratitude.
What people or things help you to be successful?
