This week you are given the task of asking yourself, “What am I willing to do differently, in order to make my intentions a reality?” Now that you have figured out what it is that you want, it is time to determine your level of commitment to yourself and the change you desire. Take time this week to make a list of what you are committed to do to reach your goals. Remember, this list is about 100% commitment. Anything less could possibly set the stage for disappointment. Being honest about what you will do is an essential component to this weeks task. Most importantly, don’t forget to create an enjoyable experience. Your chances for success increase if you approach change with a fun spirit.
